Elise is one of the stronger junglers at the moment, having made a resurgence in League of Legends. She doesn't seem to be getting anyway weaker any time soon, so here are a handful of champions that are capable of dealing with her.

5. Ivern
In any case where Ivern has a strong win-rate against a certain champion, it can't be coincidence. Ivern's clear speed is faster than most, and his ability to quickly counter jungle on a whim make him most annoying to deal with. If Elise misses a camp and her Level 3 power-spike is delayed, Ivern can easily steal a free gank while she's weak.
4. Dr. Mundo
Mundo is a great against magic damage threats, and a wall that the enemy team can't ignore. And if Elise can't kill it, it's more than likely going to be significant problem for her.
3. Xin Zhao
Xin Zhao has a strong Level 2 power spike, meaning he can walk in and invade Elise before she has her stun. He can also get a strong gank off before she can, effectively setting her behind.
2. Shaco
Shaco is the bane of everyone's existence since his rework, and Elise is no exception. In an even 1-vs-1, Shaco wins most of the time and there isn't much Elise can do about it. He is the only champion on this list with a +6% win delta on Elise, making him a consistent hard counter to her.
1. Warwick
Warwick is just great at the moment and he's been tearing it up on the Rift. It's no surprise junglers are losing to him at the moment. He doesn't do anything better than Elise in particular, other than being an all-around pick and powerful in the meta.
